Before starting Caldwell Compère, I was on the path to Executive Director status in the arts industry. However, working in the C-suite was not sitting right with me on a deeply personal and spiritual level. All too often I found myself in moments where I had to put aside my own integrity, self-respect or ethical beliefs for an organization’s success. I do not believe any of us have to compromise our values for the sake of a paycheck.

I started Caldwell Compère as a way to honor my calling as a healing artist; it is my philosophy that holistic alignment is paramount in the perpetual pursuit of peace.
